Strength, Balance, Mobility

Dec 8th; 10:30am - 12:00pm (1.5hr)
 - $15 a class, or class packages accepted -

John is hosting this class series to improve strength, balance, and mobility! The class is focused on weight lifting exercises and techniques that directly correlate to improved muscle and bone health. Many studies point to the dramatic reduction of injury, and increases in muscle and bone growth as we age when we practice some form of weight bearing exercise.

This class is designed for those with little experience with weight bearing exercise. The class will focus on proper form on a few basic exercises that you can take into your workouts. We will be using light to moderate weight depending on the needs of each person.
  • Strengthen muscles and balance
  • Learn how to improve bone density
  • Increase mobility
Come to one class or all three. John recommends attending at least two classes to get the best results. Class is for all ages and all fitness levels.
