Janet Wepner works full-time as the office administrator at Montessori at Sandy Ford in Newton, NC. She is a certified Montessori teacher and holds a BA in sociology. Janet has over a decade of experience running small businesses and has served as an administrative assistant in a non-profit organization. She is also a trained healing arts professional, with a focus on yoga, mindfulness practices, transformational coaching, energy healing, and women's workshops. Janet is passionate about balancing wellness through the body, mind, and emotions; and is fascinated by the great, unfolding Mystery of being Human.
Janet stepped into the world of creative writing in 1999 and flows in and out of waves of writing. She is a mother to her two children and one angel baby who visited this earth briefly. A native of Newton, NC, Janet is passionate about writing and facilitating in approachable, grounded, tangible, and inspirational ways.

Janet's background: BA in Sociology from UNC Charlotte. BS in Brennan Healing Science. Brennan Healing Practitioner, BHP - 2007, Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT - 2010, Hero's Journey® Foundation Facilitator - 2012, Reiki Master - 2012, Brennan Healing School Faculty, 2012-2014 and 2015-16, and many other trainings, including Montessori Teacher Training, PsychoEngertics body-mind training, and the Pathwork Self-Transformation Program.
